This
was taken at a cemetery in Bethel Alaska;
it was off the main road near a school. What did catch my eye was all the white
wooden crosses, that's something I imagined back in the early days of our
counties birth or maybe even in the Wild West days. It was beautiful and very
peaceful. Of course with a backdrop of cold air and snow, it does have a
certain eerie and frigged appeal. The phrase, may the peace of the Lord be with
you always, does have a different meaning out here, amongst the resting
occupants in this isolated frozen tundra.
