I love Christmas Eve services and my favorite is at Grace Church in Plano Texas, it's a candlelight service that ends at midnight. There is something peaceful, beautiful, and magical about your day calmly coming to an end and you can feel the transition from Christmas Eve into Christmas Day it feels like a rebirth in many respects, I feel a true dawning of a new day, a new life coming to light from within.
