She is my favorite windjammer, built in 1863, she is the second oldest ship still sailing regularly and the oldest
iron-hulled merchant ship still floating. She is both a California Historical Landmark and United States Historic Landmark. The
Star of India is home-ported at
the San Diego Maritime Museum. I love just looking at this marvel, she’s beautiful, graceful, and stunning, a
true masterpiece!
